The Blood Extractor is a device similar to a medieval iron maiden that Erica Sharpe has in her secret torture chamber in the basement of Sharpe Toys Industries. She uses the two receptionists of her company Christina and Claudia and puts them into the device, she locks them in and has one of her demon worshipers to pull the crank which slowly drains the victim of all of their blood and summons Bael, the demon of wealth and prophet. When Erica finds out about Robert Toulon's living puppets and his magical blood she kidnaps his daughter Alexandra and puts her into the device to drain her blood, but Robert, the puppets and Sgt. Jessica Russell put a stop to it.
