Skip was a Football player who was Laura's boyfriend that came to deliver costumes to the girls at the Pi Kappa Sig sorority house during Halloween, 1988. Neil Gallagher had cut the tires on Skip's car so that he would not be able to go there, but he walked instead. Neil had gained access to the house and pretended that his car had broken down and that he needed to use their phone. Neil would then command the puppets to kill all of the girls in the house so that he could use their corpses as test subjects.
When Skip arrived he found Tunneler sitting in the middle of the kitchen table with a piece of paper in front of him. He picked up the paper and it said "Boo!" on it, then Tunneler killed him by charging at him and drilling through his stomach and coming out through his back. After the puppets had killed all of the other people in the house Neil decided not to use them as his test subjects after all as he was disappointed in the way the puppets carried out the murders, meaning that their deaths had all been a waste.
