Latour is a French puppeteer that works with Andre Toulon at his theater. Latour only has one eye but he's an excellent marksman with his guns. He is killed by a group of mummies that were resurrected by Sutekh. His spirit was placed into the Cyclops puppet.

- In the European release of the movie there is a scene where he jokingly says that Duval removed his eye, and then took his eye-patch off.
