Sgt. Tyrell is a police sergeant that stored Blade in the evidence vault at the Police Station after the events of Puppet Master 4 when Rick Myers is arrested on suspicion of murdering his bosses and friend.
Blade cuts himself out of the bag and escapes out of the vault into Rick's bag. Tyrell hears Blade's footsteps but doesn't investigate the sound.
