George Hallehan is one of the American cops working in California during 1945. He, along with his colleague Big Cop are first seen at a crime scene where Alfred Muller's dissolved corpse was found. Elisa Ivanov and Barney Barnes were there to take photographs and document it for their newspaper job and they both found it very suspicious and tried to intimidate and arrest them, but this was broken up by detective Joe Gray. George spends the investigation shining a flashlight on the corpse and relaying information to another detective.
George isn't seen again after this, however it is revealed that Big Cop was actually a corrupt cop and working for district attorney James D. Madison and aiding him in assisting the Nazis. Madison would later storm the Daily Herald newspaper headquarters and fill the room with gas which caused everyone inside to collapse and then he would command a mysterious man wearing a gas mask to kidnap Elisa and Joe and take them to Dr. Hauser. This mysterious man is the same height as George and it is possibly him, however he was clever at disguising himself and ended up getting away with his deeds, unlike Big Cop who was very careless and would often forget to remove his police hat and ended up walking into one of Blade's traps and dying.
